One of the most exciting things about being a Qualified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach, Mindset Mentor + Women’s Health Speaker + Retreats Facilitator, is that every body I meet is different! Each person has different needs and requires different food, movement, healthy habits and lifestyle, for their optimal health.

There are so many factors that decide what foods an individual needs to thrive and feel amazing.

Some are obvious like whether a person is young or old, or the type of work they do, but have you ever thought that even your blood type or where your parents are from may affect your ability to digest certain foods?

The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why so many diets tend to fail. Working on the principle of bio-individuality (each person is unique) we can make positive changes that are based on unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food you eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives.

take care of your body,
it is the only place you have to live

Healthy relationships, a rewarding career or being passionate and inspired in what you do every day, regular physical movement, and a spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment.

When these are in balance, what you eat becomes easier. Your choices about what you put in your mouth and on your body are from decisions you have made from loving and wanting the best for yourself.

out of balance

If some of these are out of balance, you may want to consider working with a qualified health coach like myself, who will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
