I have been called a motivational speaker for healthy living, and often told that I really “ooze a passion for healthy eating and lifestyle.”  

I provide educational seminars, new strategy’s for weight loss, but most importantly, my passion for health, food and mindset is infectious.

 In order to make change in our lives, we must WANT that change.  Too many people believe that healthy living is difficult, depriving, bland, and boring.

The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why so many diets tend to fail. Working on the principle of bio-individuality (each person is unique) we can make positive changes that are based on unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

 It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food you eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. 

Healthy relationships, a rewarding career or being passionate and inspired in what you do every day, regular physical movement, and a spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment.
