Going gluten free - the healthy way needs to start with that.

Going gluten free..

As I guide you over the next 3 months, you will be continually eliminating gluten out of your diet. Don’t panic if you don’t get it right at the start.

Knowledge is power and soon enough you will be empowered with knowledge!

Start reading the labels on the food in your home and see what you can be swapping for an alternative. If you have questions feel free to email them to me or write them down for our next session.

It is important that you keep your food journal going each week.

It keeps you accountable with what you put in your mouth

It helps me understand your food choices

It shows us a guide to your decision making based around food

It helps with recognising symptoms that your body is experiencing after eating certain foods that you may not be aware of

 Food Journal can be written out in your notebook each day, following the guide below. This is an important part of you receiving results!

Make sure to bring this journal to EVERY session with me.

 Sleep

Work towards increasing your sleep to a minimum of 7 hours, working towards 8 hours.

The quality of your sleep is super important too!

Put alarm on your phone 30 minutes before bedtime to start winding down and getting yourself ready for sleep

No phone or TV for the 30 minutes before sleep

Have water beside your bed to drink when you wake up

Consider implementing new night routine -

  • hot shower

  • bath

  • reading

  • listening to tranquil music

  • meditation

  • journaling

  • writing in gratitude diary

Prepare, Plan, Action

Prepare - Drink bottle with you at all times

Plan - Add water reminder app download to your phone

Action – Drink at least 2 litres a day, spread out throughout the day (Doesn’t include herbal teas, kmobuchas, etc)
