This is us! The Wilkes Family!

There is 5 of us. Plus a crazy American Staffy puppy (dont judge - we had no idea!)

We met in high school.. I know, a cliche..! But don’t worry we are super normal (kinda) average couple.

We started parenting from a very young age, built our homes and lives around our kids and have learnt so much along the way.

Life is one massive roller-coaster of surprises, blood, sweat and tears.

What we have come to realise as we head through our 40’s, is that as the saying goes, life is short. You really have to make the most of it. So if your not having fun, most of the time, change it!

We have been in the building industry our adult lives, working on our own company’s and working for others. They both have their pros and cons. We have had money and not had money. We have experienced really hard years, and some bloody awesome years.

Everything needs focus if you want it to continually improve. That’s why for the last nearly 10 years, we have worked on our health and been actively in the health industry . It started with our kids getting sick frequently, us all dealing with digestive issues, anxiety, stress, chronic fatigue and respiratory issues and we had had enough.

What we did find out is we have been able to change and even reverse, most of what we had been dealing with, by changing our food and lifestyle choices. We also thought some extra studies in this area would enhance our health journey. You can read more about Melissa here

Once we started making our own food from scratch, bought good quality meat, fruits & veg etc, we saw awesome results.

Then essential oils came into our lives and we realised that these plant oils would support all of our day to day needs. We can proudly say we haven’t been to the doctors for years.

A little about us..

We love camping, fishing, 4wding, Bali holidays, beach, cooking like Masterchef (attempting anyway) food shopping for gourmet & good quality food, being outdoors, 80s music, our Jeep and of course our amazing family we are so grateful for!
