If you have kids, get them in the kitchen! Teach them what your learning
Keep them involved and have them cook at least 1 night a week!
Married or with a partner?? They should be cooking at least once a week as well!!
Nourish bowls
Nourish bowls are a big favourite of mine
It is quick easy and can be prepared in advance and used through the week
We make some brown rice up on a Sunday and pop in glass sealed container to add through the week to meals and our nourish bowls. Same goes for roasted veges and raw vegetables that are ready to go
Below is some ideas on what you can make
New lunch & dinner meal
This week is about getting creative in the kitchen
Try one new lunch meal and one new dinner meal
Grab out the cookbooks, google some recipes or simply pop on a food channel and get inspired!
Send through a picture of your new lunch and dinner meal you have created!
