As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach my passion in life is to support and guide people, such as yourself, to live a healthier and toxic free life and I have now made this my mission!
I see that navigating this crazy and hectic life of ours is often so much easier with guidance and support…and that's why I started my business Improve Yourself!
Finding an integrated way through healthier and natural considerations, in the ways we move through daily life, awareness practices and the timings of routines, can help alleviate negative cycles of eating habits, daily movement and your way of thinking.
When you enroll with myself or one of the amazing Wellness Advocate's on the Improve Yourself team - you are not only supported by that person, but you are supported on a larger level through our whole Improve Yourself team!
These women on our team are just like you and I, amazing stay at home mums , remedial therapists, physiotherapists, naturopaths, people with corporate jobs, entrepreneurs, health coaches, teachers and people who are hungry for an opportunity to change theirs and the lives of others, to make a real difference in the world. We are all here to support YOU!

You’re about to receive dōTERRA essential oils and products and now that you are enrolled as a wholesale dōTERRA member, you must be excited to continue to learn more about using essential oils.
You may want to join our private Facebook community page https://www.facebook.com/groups/improveyourselfcommunity/ — where I put info on the amazing essential oils, plus health and wellness info and inspiration. I would also like to add you to another page called the wellness essentials tribe https://www.facebook.com/groups/theessentialoilstarters/ where there is a much larger Australian community of users and knowledge. Feel free to can ask any questions and hear personal experiences about the oils.
Let me, or the person you signed up with, know when your oils arrive, so we can book a Wellness Consult with you.
A wellness consult is where we come out to your home (or Skype call if easier) at a time that suits both of us, once you have received your oils.
Allow about 30 minutes so we can teach you how to safely use your oils, how to make up your own roller bottles to use at home etc and how to use your online back office to access your wholesale membership account. We also bring a little goodies bag with some things to help you on your essential oil journey!
I've also attached a few groovy eBooks titled Essential Collection, a Welcome booklet and Getting Started -- as inspiration for when your oils come!
If your still wanting more information you may want to download the modern essentials app to your phone iTunes . It has every oil, what to use it for or type in an ailment and it will suggest oils to use. You may also want to look at books that are available. My favourite is The Essential Life.
If you’re a dōTERRA customer and you’re interested in improving your health, wellbeing, moods & emotions and living a toxic and chemical free home, then understanding the value of the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is really important, because you’re going to want to be on it.
